Welcome to ZenScreen. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the ZenScreen ("Users"). This Policy describes how we at ZenScreen treat User information.
When you use ZenScreen, we do not collect, store, or process any Personal Information, which refers to any information that could potentially identify you as an individual.
We may collect non-personal information about your use of our app. Non-personal information that is collected includes aggregated and anonymized data, such as how many users accessed ZenScreen in a particular time frame or common navigation paths within the application. This information is used to improve the performance and user experience of the app.
ZenScreen does not use cookies or similar technologies to track user behavior or collect user information.
While we do not collect Personal Information, we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard any non-personal information we may collect.
ZenScreen may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you with additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances.
In order to provide you with the optimal functionality of our application, we use the TrueDepth API to collect spatial information, specifically the X and Y coordinates of your point of focus. This data is updated every 600 milliseconds to ensure accurate eye tracking. This information is used to guide your session and provide real-time feedback based on your eye movements.
The information collected by our application is stored locally on your device. If you choose to uninstall the application, all data associated with your use of the application, including eye tracking data, will be deleted.
We use Google Analytics on our website to understand our website traffic and page usage.
We use Mailchimp for sending newsletters. Mailchimp organizes and analyzes the distribution of newsletters. When you open an email sent by Mailchimp, a file included in the email (called a web beacon) connects to Mailchimp’s servers in the USA. This allows us to determine if a newsletter message has been opened and which links you click on. Mailchimp’s privacy policy can be found here. You can always withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please get in touch with us at support@zenscreen.app.
Your continued use of our app and website constitutes your consent to our data collection and use practices as described in this Privacy Policy.
